In-silico modelling, bioreactors, fluid dynamics, drug delivery, drug testing, mathematical modelling
using a combination of in-silico and in-vitro experiments to help define more physiologically relevant models for studying disease and treatment with drugs.
1. Experimentalists who are able to provide data to help validate my current in-silico modelling of perfusion-based bioreactor systems 2. Experimentalists who have data and require in-silico modelling of their system to provide further understanding of the behaviour they are seeing and/or to create a computational tool that can replace/reduce the number of physical experiments
